Qualifications
Our carpenters are Red Seal qualified in their trade with many years of experience in all sizes of builds, both residential and commercial.
Our team is CSO certified and OFA certified—as safety on site is our number one priority. Furthermore, we are always engaged in expanding our scope of knowledge on where our industry is heading.
Our team consists of builders who have spent their lives creating beautiful homes. We have developed our own properties through subdivisions, new builds, renovations, as well as, built for many happy clients.

Licenses
Hiak Homes is a licensed builder warrantied through the Home Owner Protection Office. Our builder’s license provides the client with the peace of mind of a 2-5-10 warranty: 2 years on the labor and materials; 5 years on the building envelope (including water penetration); and 10 years on the structure of the home.
